STEVENS, Gary Wayne, 61, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati with his family by his side. Born on September 28, 1960 to John and Doris (nee: Caudill) Stevens in Hazard, KY, Gary was a veteran of the United State Marines Corps. He was stationed in Camp Lejeaune and served time in Beirut, Lebanon. In his spare time, he enjoyed going golfing, fishing and boating. Gary liked to work in his yard and most importantly, spend time with his family.

Preceded in death by his father, he is survived by his mother, Doris Moore, his wife, Tammy (nee: Blanton) Stevens, his son, Josh (Tiffany) Stevens of Lebanon, one brother, Greg (Michelle) Stevens, two sisters, Debbie (Tom) Dillon and Tricia Carter and 3 grandchildren, Madison, Kennedy and Remington.

Visitation, Friday, November 12, 2021 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM with a service immediately following at 12:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home. Pastor Randy Ballard officiating.
