Gary Lee Fornshell, 77, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH. Born on September 19, 1945 to Lawrence and Marie (nee: Banta) Fornshell in Lebanon, OH, Gary was a US Navy Veteran and retired from General Motors. He enjoyed spending time on the lake, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Joe, Charles, Donnie and Myron Fornshell, two sisters, Frances Fornshell and Eva Goodrich.

He is survived by his three daughters, Tammy (Steven) Doughman of Lebanon, Kristie (Michael) Jameson of Lebanon and Tina Fornshell of Lebanon, the mother of his children, Sue Fornshell-Lawrey, four brothers, Duane, Dale (Valerie), Paul (Cheryl) and Gerald (Pam) Fornshell, two sisters, Zula (William) Fairchild and Marcella (Roger) Coffman, five grandchildren, Brittany Carlo, Joseph Essig, Branden Fornshell, Madelline Jameson and Victoria Jameson, and four great-grandchildren, Aspen, Gianni, T.J. and Julian.

Visitation, Monday, October 10, 2022 from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM with a service beginning at 5:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Pastor Anthony Wade officiating.
