ARMS, Frank Leslie, 88, of Lebanon passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Traditions of Lebanon. Born August 9, 1936 in Boston, MA to William and Susan (nee: Ballou) Arms.

Preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, William Arms. He is survived by his son, Frank (Holly) Davies of Pepperell, MA, his daughter, Lora (David) Melin of Lebanon, his significant other, Linda Lewis and her son, Kevin (Karen) Lewis, his sister, Nancy Ruppert, his grandchildren, Michael, Maxwell (Kylie) and Margaret Melin, Brynne (Nick) Frye, Catee Davies and his great grandchildren, Autumn, Aiden, and Archer.

Frank graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Civil Engineering lieutenant in the US Army Corp of Engineers.  After leaving military service he spent his career as a civil engineer in various roles concluding his career with his own consulting firm in San Francisco CA.  Frank grew up in New England and enjoyed the mountains and Ocean but spent most of the second half of his life in Oregon and California.  His hobbies included skiing, boating, kayaking and wine tastings.  He was most passionate about antique cars and had collected a few including his most beloved 1948 Chrysler Town & Country "woody" sedan that won many awards.

Visitation will be  Saturday April 19th from 2:00-3:00 PM with a memorial service to follow, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home 329 E. Mulberry St Lebanon OH.
