Floyd "Mitch" Mitchell Raines, 65, of Morrow, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025, at Bethesda Arrow Springs. Born on November 29,1959, to Floyd and Nell (Morgan) Raines in Dayton, OH, Mitch was a US Air Force Veteran and a member of the Red Hill Baptist church in Livingston, KY. He was an artist at heart, an entrepreneur and very creative with everything he did. He was a talented painter and owned Don Bigote's in Morrow.

Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his mom, Edie Raines, three brothers, Steve (Becky) Raines of Wilmington, Mike Raines of Kettering, Travis Tiller of Dayton, two sisters, Stephanie (Greg) Sparks of Miamisburg and Tammy Raines Bentley of Xenia, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Tuesday, January 28, 2025, from 5:00-7:00pm, with a service immediately following at 7:00pm, all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. Interment will follow at Morningview Cemetery in Livingston, Kentucky on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 12:00pm.
