EUBANK, Faye N. (nee: Presley), 82 of Lebanon passed away on Friday June 25, 2021 at Encompass Health Nursing Home in Norwood. Born October 29, 1938 in Dizney, KY to Elmer F. and Maudie (nee: Durham) Presley, she worked for several years as a telephone operator, a nurse's aide for several area nursing homes and worked for the Village Ice Cream Parlor.

A former member of the 1 ^st Baptist Church in South Lebanon, she was a longtime member of the OES Lebanon Lodge #343. She enjoyed playing Bingo, doing crossword puzzles, watching the Cincinnati Reds and genealogy.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George Eubank, her brother, Larry M. Presley, and her sisters, Lucy Bachelor, Maxine Hickey, Alene Gilbert, Louise Presley and Helen Jones. Survivors include her two daughters, Cynthia L. Gibbs and Diana K. (Larry) Williams, her brother, Raymond Presley, three grandchildren, Christopher Marriott, Daniel Minner, and Charles Minner and a great grandchild, Brycedon Marriott,

Visitation, Wednesday June 30, 2021 from 6-8 PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 11 AM, all at the Oswald Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Reverend Matt Morgan officiating. Interment follows in Lebanon Cemetery. Memorial donations requested to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
