Latimer, Eula Ruth (nee: Bishop), 77, of Morrow passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023 at Pine Ridge Nursing Home. Born July 18, 1946 in Wise County, VA to Garlin and Gertrude (nee: Barker) Bishop, she worked for Odd Lots in Sydney, OH for more than 20 years. Eula loved nature and animals and enjoyed her outdoor time.

Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by two son, Tony (Kim Hall) Strack of Hillsboro and Ty Latimer of Sydney, OH, her daughter, Lorri (Darrin) Ballein of Hillsboro, her two sisters, Sue Hardesty of New Lebanon, OH and Ann WaLters of Huber Heights, OH, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In keeping with Eula's wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements by the Vale Hoskins Funeral Home in Morrow.
