NOE, Elizabeth Carol (nee: Neely), 88, of Lebanon passed away on Wednesday December 8, 2021 at the Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. Born December 6, 1933 in South Lebanon, OH to Chester and Myrtle (nee: Arnold) Neely, she was a graduate of Lebanon High School. A devoted member of the Kings Point Church of God, she retired in 1998 after 28 years of service with the Warren County Human Resources Department. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Allen Noe, her daughter, Nancy Isaacs, one brother, Edwin "Hoot" Neely, her sisters, Geraldine Toney and Imogene Halcomb and a grandson, Ryan Noe. She is survived her son, Roy Noe, her daughters, Pam Bailey and Linda Combs, one brother, Tom Neely, four grandchildren, Mysty Noe, Jeremy (Trixie) Noe, Lori Noe (Matt) Blair, and Kyle Noe, and four great-grandchildren, Hunter Wyrick, Hayley Wyrick, Addison Noe and Waylon Blair. Visitation, Monday December 13, 2021 from 10 AM until 12 Noon with funeral service immediately following, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment follows in Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon. Reverend Randy Ballard officiating. Memorials requested to a charity of your choice.
