BENTON, Edna Marie, 93, of Maineville, passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Loveland Health Care Center. Born on February 24, 1928 to Robert and Martha (nee: Burchfield) Murphy in Somerset, KY, Edna worked as an Electronic Technician for RCA for 19 years before retiring. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing and quilting.

Preceded in death by her husband Donald Benton and one son, Bobby Benton. She is survived by her two sons, Curtis Benton of Maineville and Jack (Sherrie) Benton of Sarasota, FL, one daughter-in-law, Kathy Redelk, two brothers, Ray Murphy and Clyde Clothier, her grandchildren, Cody Benton, Kendall (Tucker) Shelton, Misty Pendergraft, Kimberly (Jeff) Whittle, Tracy Benton, Donny (Heather) Benton, Jaqueline Benton, Marie Maynard, Roger (Sheryl) Herres, David (Robin) Herres, 24 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation, Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM with a service beginning at 11:00 AM, all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. Interment will take place in Morrow Cemetery.  Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.hoskinsfh.com .
