Hollis, Dorothy Louise (nee: Holt), 78, of Lebanon passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at the Atrium Medical Center. Born August 18, 1944 in Morgantown, WV to William Russell and Margaret Ann (nee: Cain) Holt, she was retired from Goochland County School District in Virginia where she had worked for several years as a secretary. Dorothy was an animal lover, in particular, she loved horses and dogs, especially her dog, Maggie.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David Hollis and her daughter, Michelle Vega, she is survived by her two sons, Robert (Angela) Kurilko of Lake Forest, CA and David (Darci) Kurilko of Morrow, OH, her step daughters, Sharon Zdesar of Chardon, OH and Annette Kramer of North Royalton, OH, her brothers, William Holt of Charlottesville, VA and Larry Holt of Westover, WV, her grandchildren, Shawn, Connor, Riley, David and Dustin Kurilko, Devan Shaneyfelt, Samantha and Michael Vega, and Dylan and Grayson Kramer, and 10 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Otterbein Lebanon at the family's convenience.
