Hancock, Donna Denise (nee: Smith), 59, of Cincinnati, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Mercy Health West Hospital. Born September 7, 1963 in Dayton, OH to Gerald and Nola (nee: Rippy) Smith, Sr, she was a 1982 graduate of Lebanon High School.

Preceded in death by her father, her brother, Gerald Marvin Smith, Jr and her sister, Tara Lynn Goines. She is survived by her mother, Nola Smith of Lebanon, her twin sons, Jacob Hancock and Samuel Hancock and her two brothers, Gregory Smith and Leroy Smith. Donna accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized at the Spinning Road Baptist Church in Dayton on July 13, 2003. A graveside service will be held for Donna at 2 PM on Monday November 7th at the Lebanon Cemetery. Arrangements by the Oswald Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
