RHODEHAMEL, Donald Eugene, 87, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020. Born on June 24, 1933 in Goshen, OH to Harold Melville and Gertrude Beatrice (nee: Cutler) Rhodehamel, he was a 1951 graduate of Springboro High School. Don operated Rhodehamel Farms and was proud to have been a lifelong farmer for over 75 years. He was a 50+ year member of the Lebanon Grange. A member of the Springboro Lions Club, he was a 4-H advisor for more than 25 years and served on the Warren County Steer Judging team for 10 years.  He was Warren County Farmer of the Year in 1981. Preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Betty Wright. He is survived by his companion, Dora Gentry of Lebanon, his son, Mike (Diane) Rhodehamel of Wilmington, his daughter, Debbie (Don) Townsend of Orlando, FL, his three grandchildren, Shane (Amie) Rhodehamel, Lacey (Tim) Shanks and Nicki (Ronnie) Bowser and his six great grandchildren, Blake, Chloe and Grace Rhodehamel and Carter, Tate and Paxton Shanks. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 10 AM until 12 Noon with a funeral service at 12 Noon, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Reverend Shane Rhodehamel officiating.
