FORNSHELL, Donald Raymond, 88, of Lebanon passed away on Sunday June 13, 2021 at his residence. Born August 25, 1932 in Lebanon, OH to Laurence and Marie (nee: Banta) Fornshell, he was a 1951 graduate of Lebanon High School. A proud US Army Korean War Veteran, he worked as a dairy farmer at Ridgeview Farms before retiring in 1998 after more than 33 years. Donald had a great work ethic and always a fine appreciation for all things John Deere related.

Preceded in death by his wife, Roberta Marie (nee: Emery) Fornshell, his brothers, Joe, Myron, and Charles Fornshell and his sisters, Frances Fornshell and Eva Goodrich, he is survived by  one daughter, Tracy (Jerry) Perelman of Lebanon, three sons, Scott (Diane) Fornshell of Lebanon, Jeff (Tina) Fornshell of Lebanon and Dana (Rhonda) Fornshell of Lebanon, brothers, Duane, Dale (Valerie), Gary, Paul (Cheryl) and Gerald (Pamela) Fornshell, sisters, Zula (Billy) Fairchild and Marcella (Roger) Coffman, seven grandchildren, Megan Ruther, Joshua Fornshell, Matthew Ruther, Nikki (Jake) Campbell, Amanda Kneece, Josh Kneece, and Chelsea (Anthony) Goodpaster, and nine great grandchildren, Macey, Kylee, Timmy, Harper, Landon, Liam, Vanessa, Xander, and Norah and many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 6-8 PM with funeral service on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 11 AM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral home, Lebanon.  Interment follows in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
