SMITH, Dolores Ann (nee: Jeffery), 83, of Milford, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Venetian Gardens. Born June 27, 1942 in Lebanon, OH  to Hubert C. and Ruth (nee: Phillips) Jeffery, she was a 1961 graduate of Lebanon High School. She had worked for many years as a Special Needs teachers aide at both Brookside Nursing and Mason City Schools. As a youth, her first job was in the family store in Morrow, Jeffery Arts and Crafts.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul Smith, her sister, Pat Hawkes, her brother, Otis Lewis and a grandson, Mason Smith. She is survived by her son, Douglas T. (Patty) Smith, her daughter, Anita (Brian) Hook, and her grandchildren, Orien Smith, Phillip Smith, Alyna (Katrina) Partin and Baylee Hook.

Visitation, Tuesday, March 3, 2026 from 10-11 AM with funeral service immediately following, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon Interment follows in Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason. Memorials donations are requested to the American Alzheimer's Association.
