Delora Jean (nee: Powell) Spencer, 91, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Otterbein, Lebanon.  Born on September 20, 1932 to Otis and Rena (nee: Alexander) Powell in Oregonia, OH.  Delora was a driver's ed instructor for Warren County schools, and has been playing the piano at the Lebanon Church of God for 60 years.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, James Spencer, son, Douglas Alan Spencer, brother, Marvin Dean Powell, and sister, Marcella Greely.  She is survived by her son, Tim (Lori) Spencer, two sisters, Sonja Case and Connie Hughes, brothers, James David Powell and Otis Powell Jr., grandchildren, Janine (Justin) Kilmer, Brittany (Adam) Pettay, Brandon (Heather) Spencer, Ashton Spencer, and Rachel (Rahul Rangan) Spencer, great grandchildren, Christian Spencer, Kasen Spencer, Bryce Spencer, and James Pettay.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2024 at 11 AM at the Lebanon Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Shriners Hospital, or the Warren County Humane Association.
