Della Marie Lane, 94, of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully on April 8th, 2025.  She left her earthly home and was greeted at the gates of Heaven by so many that had passed before her.

Born March 16, 1931, in Scott County, VA to the late Walker and Bessie Gibson.  Della was one of four children.  Being the only girl she assisted in raising her brothers after the passing of her mother at an early age.  She would later marry the love of her life, the late Jesse Lane on November 8, 1949.  They would be blessed with 3 children while living in the hills of Virginia before a career opportunity would bring them to Dayton, Ohio and eventually to their home in Lebanon, Ohio.

Della is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, her daughter, Rebecca Lane, her son, Greg Lane, her brothers, Olen, Hubert, and Billy.  She is survived by her daughter Debby, her favorite son-in-law Dennis Kirby, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a dear cousin Patsy.

Visitation Tuesday, April 15th from 12:00 pm. to 1:00 p.m. with funeral service following, all at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.  Burial will be in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon.
