PALMER, David Leroy, 70, of Lebanon passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. Born July 11, 1955 in Middletown, OH to Ulas Gabbard and Doris Jean Palmer, he was a 1974 graduate of Kings High School. He was a lover of music and a friend to all who knew him.

Preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Jerry Gabbard, James Gabbard and Kevin Richard Gabbard and his sister, Violet Gabbard, he is survived by his brothers, Timothy "Hank" Gabbard, Michael Palmer, Brian (Mona)  Gabbard, Shelby (Pam) Gabbard, Dwayne "Dink" Gabbard, his sisters, Lisa O'Leary, Deborah Lynn Hall and Kimberly Johnson and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation, Monday, February 23, 2026 from 11AM -12 PM with funeral service immediately following, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon. Interment follows in Miami Cemetery in Corwin, OH.
