Christine (nee: Russell)  Blanton, 86, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at her residence. Born on July 27, 1937 to George and Anna (nee: Hocker) Russell in Harlan, KY, Christine was a member of the Kings Point Church of God where she was active with their bible study group and other church activities. She loved traveling, going on cruises and gospel concerts.

Preceded in death by Bruce Barnett, two sons, Danny and Scott, two grandchildren, her brothers, James Curtis Partin, Roy Lee Napier, and Marvin Carter Napier, her sisters, Evelyn Adkins, Helen Tibbs and Carolyn Sue Napier.

She is survived by her two sons, Larry (Sharon Melissa) Barnett and Daryl Barnett, two daughters, Cheryl Barnett and Tracey (Richard) Tadlock, one sister, Shirley Riggs, ten grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation, Friday, February 9, 2024 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM with a service beginning at 12:00 PM, all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. Interment will take place in Morrow Cemetery.
