STOWE, Cheryl Ruth (nee: Sams), 78, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. Born April 5, 1944 in Morrow, OH to Oscar and Betty (nee: Brill) Sams, she was a 1962 graduate of Little Miami High School. A dedicated wife and mother, she was an avid gardener and loved to bake her legendary pies. She was always generous with her time and energy to the local community.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Vance "Wimpy" Stowe, her daughter in law, Rachel Stowe, her brothers, Charles Ben Sams, Richard Lee Sams, and Peter Anthony Sams, and her sister, Marla Schweikhart. She is survived by her two sons, Clint E. Stowe and Mark R. Stowe, her brothers, Allen Ray Sams and Jerry Michael Sams, her sisters, Marilyn Jacober, Lucinda Hough, and Pamela Smith and her granddaughter, Avery Stowe.

Visitation, Monday, May 9, 2022 from 6 until 8 PM. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 10 AM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon. Interment will follow in Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville, OH.
