DONISI, Cheryl Ann (nee: Uehlein), 64, of Lebanon passed away on Saturday January 22, 2022 at her home. Born December 25, 1957 in Cincinnati to Joseph and Betty (nee: Hegge) Uehlein, she was a 1976 graduate of Mother of Mercy High School. She received her Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. Cheryl was a member of the St Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lebanon and worked for 33 years as an occupational therapist for Hamilton County Board of MRDD.

Preceded in death by her father and her son, Gregory Donisi, she is survived by her mother, her husband of 41 years, Robert Donisi, two sons, Robert and Andrew Donisi, both of Cincinnati, her daughter, Amanda (Ryan) VanHorn of Lebanon, her brother, Joseph Uehlein of Cincinnati, her sisters, Julie (Jeff) Moledor of Columbus, OH, Marianne Uehelin of Dayton, OH, Marleen (Jim) Vortkamp of Cincinnati and Jenny Uehelein of Cincinnati, and her grandchildren, Austin, Reagan and Aubrey VanHorn.

Visitation, Monday January 31, 2022 from 9 AM until 10 AM at the Oswald Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Memorial Mass will follow at the St Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lebanon at 1030 AM. Father Bernard Weldishofer presiding.
