Charles Edward Pennix, Sr., aged 90, of Morrow, passed away peacefully at his residence on November 7, 2024. Born on October 5, 1934, in West Liberty, KY, he was the beloved son of Smith and Rebecca (nee: Lykins) Pennix.

Charles is survived by his devoted wife, Janice (nee: Spencer) Pennix, and his loving family, including his three sons: Charlie (Beth) Pennix, Ronnie (Diane) Pennix, and Greg (Debbie) Pennix. He was a cherished grandfather to Dr. Charlie Pennix, Janna Pennix, Aaron (Stephanie), Jake, Greggie, Ashley (Nick), Veronica (Sean), Heather (Chad), and Charles, and a proud great-grandfather to Charlotte, Ellianna, Drake, Malachi, Audrina, Dylan, Mason, Spencer, Ashton, Angel, Kaedyn, Grayson, Dawson, and Eastyn.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home in Morrow. Reverend Paul Gilkison will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Morrow Cemetery.
