NORMAN, Charles Ralph, 75, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati. Born on December 28, 1945 to Orville and Gustava (nee: Brandenburg) Norman in Dayton, OH.  Charles worked as a pipefitter and enjoyed fishing.

Preceded in death by his wife, Anne (nee: Duncan) Norman, one brother, Roy Lee Norman and one sister, Wilma Bowman.

He is survived by his three sons, Boyd Martin "Butch" (Tracey) Ellis, Jr., of Blanchester, Dale Gene Ellis of South Lebanon, Charles Ralph Norman, II of Lebanon, one brother, Larry Joe Norman, three sisters, Shirley,  Carol,  and Joyce , 10 grandchildren, Ashley Ellis, Jacob Ellis, Kaleb Ellis, Kayla Ellis, Dylan Ellis, Ashton Ellis, Dalton Ellis, Brittany Ellis, Crissi Hines, Dane Reynolds, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way.

Visitation, Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. A graveside service will be held at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens immediately following, at 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to COPD or the Lung Association.
