Cathy Jo Pittman, 64, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Bethesda North Hospital. Born on September 8, 1960, to Neil and Myrtle Carmack in Lebanon, OH, Cathy was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed going to Goodwill, watching TV with her husband, dining at Country Kitchen, and most importantly, spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Jimmy and Jerry Carmack. Cathy is survived by her loving husband, Walter Pittman; her son, Ricky Carmack of Lebanon; two daughters, Wendy (Scott) Duff of South Lebanon and Tiffany Pittman of Independence, KY; her half-sister, Angel Reynolds; and four cherished grandchildren, Ashton Carmack, Colson Duff, Axton Merrell, and Kenzie Merrell.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM, all at the First Baptist Church of South Lebanon. Interment will follow in Deerfield Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
