MILLER, Bruce Charles, 73, of Lake Lorelei and formerly of the Morrow area passed away on Friday January 21, 2022. Born September 19, 1948 in Cincinnati, OH to George and Dorothy (nee: Manne) Miller, he was a 1966 graduate of Little Miami High School. Bruce graduated from Mt St Joe with his Business Management and Marketing degree and worked for many years at Cincinnati Milicron as an engineer and supervisor. He also enjoyed his time in Michigan where he was a Production Manager at B & G machinery. His lifelong passion was photography. Bruce proudly served his country in the US Army spending most of his tour in Germany. He is preceded in death by his father, his son, Charles Wesley Miller and his granddaughter, Kelsey Jayne Ivey. He is survived by his mother, two daughters, Theresa (Jeremey) Mitchell and Nancy (Matthew) Ivey, his brothers, Robert (Betty) Miller and David (Donna) Miller, his sisters, Susan (Carlos) Swearingen, Peggy Hostetter, and Barbara (Daryl) Hennessy, two grandchildren, Matthew Austin Ivey and Wesley Charles Mitchell and two great grandchildren, Matthew Charles Ivey and Everett Malcolm Mitchell and many nieces and nephews.

Bruce was dedicated to his family and community. He loved time spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. One of his very favorite things was a big hug from his son, Charley. Bruce was responsible for getting the caboose that sits at the train depot in Morrow, Ohio to this day. He also raised funds and researched grants so that the caboose could be restored. So if you drive through Morrow, Ohio and happen to see the caboose smile and remember Bruce.

Visitation, Friday January 28, 2022 from 11 AM until 1 PM with a funeral service immediately following, all at the Vale Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. Family requests that masks be worn. Reverend Dr. Dwayne H. Adams officiating. Interment follows in Morrow Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in memory of his son, Charley Miller, to Cincinnati Children's Hospital 3333 Burnet Ave. ,Cincinnati, OH  45229.
