RUMBARGER, Betty (nee: Minnich), 97, of Lebanon passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Traditions of Lebanon. Born September 6, 1927 in St. Petersburg, FL to Omer and Grace (nee: Wise) Minnich, she was an administrator for Indian Hill Schools for 20 years. Active with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Betty was generous and thoughtful, an avid family historian, loved Christmas, enjoyed singing church hymns, could watch the birds at her bird feeder for hours, had a delightful sense of humor, and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband (Walter Anson Rumbarger Jr.), her son (Walter Anson Rumbarger, III), and her brothers (Omer "Pat" Minnich Jr., Jay E. Minnich, and Paul Minnich).

Survivors include her daughters, Linda (William) Graney of Kent WA, Melissa (Roger) Smith of Ft Wayne IN, her daughter-in-law, Alicia Rumbarger, eight grandchildren (Carl, Erica, Ross, Pam, Charlie, David, Alan, and Bryan) and her 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 5-7 PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon OH. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 10 AM at the Liberty Township meeting house of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A private committal will take place in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
