KUHNS, Barbara Jo (nee: Dye), 80, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Born July 19, 1943 in Hebron, KY to Oliver Henry Dye and Barbara (nee: Edwards) Dye. Barbara was an active member with CASA for many years in Lebanon, as well as with the Lebanon Tree Commission. She was also a devoted member of the Hebron Lutheran Church, and attended services at St. Patrick's Episcopal. Barbara retired from her job as a marketing supervisor at Steelox Building Systems in 2000, after having worked there for 20 years.

Barbara is preceded in death by her brothers, Harold and Michael Dye. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert Kuhns, her stepsons, John (Krista) Kuhns of Lebanon and Mathew (Angeleque) Kuhns of Lake Oswego, OR, her daughters, Cynthia Ann (Patrick) Gee of Birmingham, AL and Lisa Joy (Joe) Pizzo of Las Vegas, NV, her brothers, John (Mary) and Robert (Suzanne) Dye of Hebron, KY, a special great grandchild that she raised as her own, Katelynn McBride of Lebanon, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation, Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 10 AM until 12 PM with funeral service immediately following, all at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home. Chaplain Barry Shafer is officiating. Interment follows in Lebanon Cemetery. Memorial donations requested to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Arrangements by Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
