Obituary

PANFIL, Arthur K., 92, of Maineville, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Bethesda North Hospital. Born on September 14,1928 to Stephen and Josephine (nee: Bucinski) Panfil in Cleveland, OH, Arthur was a veteran of the US Army. He worked as a life insurance agent for Western and Southern for 27 years and sold real estate for 18 years. A lover of animals, nature, and music, Art was also an accomplished piano and accordion player. He had also enjoyed tennis, golf, pinochle, bowling, shooting pool, and coaching Little League. But mostly he was a family man through and through. He touched our lives deeply and we will miss him profoundly.

Preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Raymond Panfil and three sisters, Helen Penz, Mildred Adams, and Grace DeMay. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Renee (nee: Conde) Panfil, one son, Arthur (Leslie) Panfil of Richfield, OH, three daughters, Michele (Michael) Schuster of Cincinnati, Diana Panfil of New York, NY, Mandy (Tom) Giarrano of Marietta, GA, six grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.

Visitation, Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 1:00 pm- 3:00 pm at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 10:30 AM at St. Philip the Apostle Church. Burial will follow in Dayton National Cemetery.
