DUNCAN,  Arnold Franklin SR, 72, of Clarksville and formerly of Middletown, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Born May 15, 1951 in Middletown, OH to Estel and Florence (nee: Willhoit) Duncan, Arnold was a 1969 graduate of Trenton High School. After graduating, Arnold got a job with AK Steel and spent 38 years working as a torch operator. He was a loving father and grandfather and loved the outdoors and working on home projects.

Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Sheila Gay Duncan, his son, Matthew R. Barrett, three brothers, Felix, Brad, and Henry Duncan, a sister, Scendra Back and a grandson, Charles R. Barrett IV.  He is survived by his two sons, Arnold F. Duncan, JR and Charles R. (Ileen) Barrett III, his daughter, Stephanie (Scott) Baker, his brother, Danny Duncan, his sisters, Kathy Haag and Charlotte Jones, his grandchildren, Gracie Barrett, Levi Barrett, Hannah Barrett, Cassie Smith, Zack Baker, Arnold F. Duncan III, Makayla Duncan, Camden Blaine and Audrey-Grace Duncan and his great grandchildren, Raigan Smith and Colt Barrett. He is also survived by his cat, Milkyway.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM, all at the Harvest Point Church of God, 426 West Main St, West Carrollton, OH 45449. Interment will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Arrangements by the Vale Hoskins Funeral Home in Morrow, OH.
