JETT, Arley, Sr., 99, of South Lebanon, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at UC Hospital in West Chester. Born on August 16, 1922 to Charles and Emily (nee: Johnson) Jett in Canoe, KY, Arley was a proud World War II Army Veteran where he was in the Signal Corps in Germany and France. He was a member of Kings Point Church of God and was a car enthusiast. Arley had a sharp memory and could tell stories of his childhood up until his last days.
Preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 77 years, Dolly (nee: Norman) Jett, and his daughter, Linda Evans, he is survived by his three sons, Marvin Jett of Lebanon, Roger (Debra) Jett of South Lebanon and Arley (Marcia) Jett, Jr., his son-in-law, Dean Evans, seven grandchildren, Alecia (Brian) Buck, Nicole (Jason) Clouse, Justin (Terri) Jett, Rachel (John) Walker, Jeremy (Kelli) Jett, Matthew (Whitney) Jett and Aaron (Trish) Jett and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation, Friday, January 7, 2022 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM with a service beginning at 12:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Reverend Randy Ballard officiating. Interment will follow in Deerfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
