Amy Joyce (nee: Ginter) Blevins, 85, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Otterbein in Lebanon. Born on February 26, 1939 to Omar and Fay (nee: Thurston) Ginter in Middletown, OH.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth Raymond Blevins and one sister, Pat Ford. She is survived by her son, David Blevins of San Jose, CA, Sharon Blevins of Ravenswood, WV and her granddaughter, Zoë Quinne Krajcirovic.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
