Aline Allen (nee: Baker), 86 of South Lebanon, Ohio passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2026, with her loving family by her side. Born March 26, 1940 in Clay County, Ky to Kenus and Nannie (nee: Stidham) Baker. She was a dedicated Mother, grandmother, loving sister, aunt, and friend to all of those who knew her. First and foremost, she was a woman of profound faith, a true pillar of spiritual strength and her life was a beautiful reflection of God’s grace in which her legacy will forever be etched in our hearts. Aline found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She loved tending to her flowers, watching them bloom and being in God’s creation. Her happiest moments were spent surrounded by the people she cherished most. She looked forward to shopping trips with her girls, filled with shared laughter and stories. Some of her most treasured memories were trips to garden centers in the Spring and Summer, and travels to the Amish country with her sisters, nieces and daughters, sharing and enjoying the quiet scenery, companionship, and time spent together with family. She cared and comforted those around her through her generous hospitality and her love for cooking by ensuring that no one left her presence hungry or unloved.
Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart. She loved them fiercely and poured affection and wisdom into their lives while praying endlessly for them daily.
Preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Virgil Davis and her second husband, Wilson Allen. She is also preceded in death by a son, Arnold Davis, three brothers, Raleigh Baker, Elmer Baker, and Wallace Baker, sisters, Mae Baker, Oma Allen, Virgie Baker, Flora Allen, Sophie Allen, Thelma Allen, Rosa Wass, Phyllis Baker and her grandson, Jason Pittman.
She is survived by her son, Ernie Allen, daughters, Pauline (Jason) Pitman, Darlene Pittman, Sheryl Allen, Rose Allen, Gina (John) Ball, Marlene (Chris) Koch, Arlene (Dakota) Allen, and one brother Dan (Shirley) Baker. Her grandchildren, Shannon Pennington, Scotty Wayne Pittman, Heather Pittman, Zachary Ball, Tyler Ball, Bradley Koch, Lauren Renfro, Natalie Simmons, Ethan Allen, and Jaylen Pittman, 10 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
