BAILY, Emmor Thomas, 91 of Lebanon, died Sunday, April 9, 2017.Born to Emmor D. and Pearl S. (nee: Gardner) Baily on April 27, 1925 in Lebanon, OH. Emmor was a 1943 graduate of Lebanon High School, active for many years with the Warren County Fair Board and was a Harness Horse Racer at Lebanon Raceway for more than 40 years. He was a member of the Lebanon Masonic Lodge, a Veteran in the United States Navy and a volunteer for the Republican Party in Lebanon. Emmor had a strong love for animals, farming and gardening.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Phillip Ray Baily, sister, Evelyn Rodgers and mother of his children, Phyllis Mounts.

Emmor is survived by his loving wife, Jane (nee: Manis) Baily of Tunnel Hill, GA, two sons, Emmor Stephen (Molly) Baily of Roswell, GA and David Bruce Baily of Springboro, one daughter, Elizabeth "Beth" (Tim) Hall of Springboro, ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 27 ^th from 4:00-5:00PM with a memorial service beginning at 5:00PM all at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Inurnment in Lebanon Cemetery. Online condolences sent to www.hoskinsfh.com .
