U.S. Veteran

SKINNER, Leonard Lee, 93, of Otterbein-Lebanon Retirement Community, died Thursday, January 21, 2010. Born in Wayne County, Iowa on March 30, 1916 to Henry & Anna (nee: Foreman) Skinner, he was a U.S. Army World War II veteran. Leonard retired from N.C.R. in 1975 after 27 years in their stock department and was a member of the F. & A.M. Lodge #729 in Kettering. Preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife, Thelma Skinner in 2009, and one brother, Rodney Skinner, survivors include one brother, Roy Skinner of Salem, Oregon, and two sisters, Edith Skinner and Eunice Hall, both of Lebanon. Visitation Tuesday, January 26th, 10-10:30 A.M., with the funeral service following, all at the Otterbein-Lebanon United Methodist Chapel. Reverend James Ludwick will officiate and interment will follow in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
