GOINS, Raymond Lee, 74, of Lebanon, died Wednesday August 1, 2012 at the Dayton VA Medical Center. Born February 17, 1938 in Urbana Township, Champaign County, IL, he was a US Navy Korean War Veteran. A former member of the Lebanon VFW Post 6069, the Shriners and the Masonic Lodge, he was the operator and owner of Sandy’s Kachina for many years. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sandra Goins of Lebanon, two daughters, Melanie (Tom) Diegel and Missy (Tom) McNutt, and four grandchildren, Zach and Madison McNutt and Dillon and Dalton Diegel. Visitation, Saturday August 4, 2012 from 12 Noon till 1 PM with funeral service immediately following, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment follows in Lebanon Cemetery.
