Bonnie (nee: Fields) Caldwell, age 97, of Morrow, Ohio died on Friday July 13, 2012. Born December 18, 1914 to Esquire and Della Fields. She joins in death her parents, husband Henderson “Henry” Caldwell, sons Harold and Dale Caldwell, daughters Glenna F. Jones and Barbara A. Cress, brother Tarzan Fields, sisters Orga Clevenger, Flora Ellis, and Katherine Price, grandchildren Charles A. Jones, Harold Caldwell Jr., and Rebecca Caldwell. She leaves behind her daughters M. Sue Wallace, Rita Smith and Deborah K. Rebel (Timothy Hudgel), grandchildren Stephen R. Jones, Jacques E Smith II, George H. Caldwell, Bonnie K. Bayman, Connie J. Jones-Moralis, Karen K. Welch, Suzette R. Smith, Christine A. Guttery and Laura M. Jones-McNamara. Also surviving are numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Bonnie was a lifelong member of the Hopkinsville Church of Christ. The family would like to say a special thank you to all the Hopkinsville Church of Christ members who came to visit Bonnie in Pine Crest as well as all the staff at Pine Crest Nursing Home in Morrow, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Tuesday July 17, 2012 from 11AM to 12Noon with the funeral service starting at 12Noon all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow, OH. Burial will follow in Morrow Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be in Bonnie’s name to either the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
