Jill Marlene (nee: Stebbins) Lowe, age 79 of Maineville, OH passed away on July 9, 2012. Born April 25, 1933 she joins in death her parents and two brothers Charles and Eugene Yockey. She leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years Charles E. Lowe; daughters Rhonda Pelfrey of Atlanta, GA, Bonnie (Philip) Dowers and Debbie (Joe) Atkinson; sister Ruth Yetter and adopted sister Jay Stebbins; Six granddaughters and 1 great granddaughter. Jill was a member of both the St. Luke Presbyterian Church Choir in Middletown, where she was also the secretary and the Sycamore Presbyterian Church Choir in Symmes Township. Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 11, 2012 from 10AM to 12Noon with the funeral service starting at 12Noon all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon, OH. Private burial will follow in Carlisle, OH.
