KISER, Joyce Dean (nee: Sparks), 79, of Indialantic, FL, formerly of the Lebanon, OH area, passed peacefully Tuesday July 3, 2012. Born November 10, 1932 in Manchester, KY to Wright and Sue (nee: Smith) Sparks. She graduated with distinction from Morehead State University in Kentucky earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in education in 1966. She was an elementary school teacher and worked for the Warren County Department of Human Services for 22 years. Joyce enjoyed writing poetry and remodeling fixer up homes and then selling them. She was a dedicated loving mother and sister. Proceeded in death by her parents, sister Bonnie Sparks, brother Hubert Sparks, and sister Lee Bowles. Survivors include one son, Robert D. Kiser, one sister, Loretta DeYoung, three nephews, Britt (Judy) Forman, Mark Sparks, and Doug Strain, three nieces, Darla Strain, Kim Strain, and Wanda Mae Harris, her faithful pet, Holly and a host of friends and family. Graveside services, Thursday July 12, 2012 at 1PM at the Deerfield Cemetery in South Lebanon, OH. Reverend Phillip Carpenter, of Princeton Pike Church of God, officiating.
