Combs, John Jr. age 78, of Lebanon, Ohio died on Wednesday June 27, 2012. Born May 12, 1934 to the late John and Malissia (nee: Moore) Combs Sr. he joins in death his parents, grandson Micah Warnock and brothers Glen, Gary, Vincent and Larry Combs. John leaves behind his loving wife of 58 years, Patty (nee: Norman) Combs; sons Michael G. and John J. Combs; daughters Lisa McAllister and Vicki Jo Warnock; brothers Denver and Danny Combs; sisters Fern Bishop and Rebecca Murray; grandchildren Chad and Chris McAllister, Jessica and Ashley Warnock, Amanda Roehl, Melinda Johnson, Ryan Combs; great grandchildren Ben, Lyla and Madden McAllister, Conner Mitchell, Payton Johnson, Caleb Johnson, and Alexander Roehl. John was a baptized member of the South Lebanon Baptist Church. The visitation will be held on Friday June 29, 2012 from 6-8PM and the funeral service on Saturday June 30, 2012 at 10:30AM all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon, OH. Burial will take place in Lebanon Cemetery. Rev. Gary Hughes officiating the services. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in John’s name to the American Heart Association, PO Box 163549, Columbus, OH 43216.
