Martha “Toady” Lynn (nee: Cooke) Gray, age 85, of Lebanon, Ohio passed away at Otterbein Maineville on Friday May 11, 2012. Born on October 10, 1926 to Howard T. and Sara (nee: Leaf) Cooke, she joins in death her parents, a son, Kevin Lee Gray, brothers, Gerald Cooke and Charles Cooke, and sisters, Marilyn (Cooke) Leichty and Marjorie (Cooke) Holmes. She is survived by a daughter & son-in-law, Kristie (Gray) & Tom R. Hoverman of Lebanon, Ohio, grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn (Hoverman) Francis (Chad) of Lebanon, Ohio and T.J. Hoverman (Sarah) of Ft. Worth, TX, and great grandchildren, Kaylie Anne Hoverman, Cameron Thomas Hoverman and Truett John Francis. She will be deeply missed by her family members and friends as well as many nieces and nephews. Toady worked at the Warren County Courthouse, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Grays Jewelry, but she is best known as a buyer for Cincinnati Milacron where she enjoyed working for 23 years. Besides spending time with her family, Toady loved playing cards and going out with her friends. She was an active lifetime member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 15, 2012 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM, with the funeral service starting at 1:00 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon, OH. Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Martha’s name to the Lebanon United Methodist Church.
