Jacquelyn Ann Evans, 40, of Columbus and formerly Morrow, died Tuesday, March 13, 2012. Born in Cincinnati on June 10, 1971 to Joel Frank Evans and Judy (nee: Eschmeyer) Evans, she was a 1989 graduate of Little Miami High School and a 1994 graduate of Miami University where she received her Bachelor’s in Art Education. Jackie worked as an administrative assistant in the dental field before becoming a care giver. She enjoyed outdoor activities and attended St. John’s Episcopal Church on Town St. in Columbus.
Preceded by her father, Joel Frank Evans, on July 8, 2011, survivors include her mother, Judy Evans of Morrow, brother & sister-in-law, Jeffrey & Gina Evans of Worthington, and soul mate, Kurt Lehmkuhl of Westerville.
Visitation Sunday, March 18th, 5-7:00 PM, and funeral service Monday, March 19th, 1:00 PM, all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. Pastor Kevin Waters will officiate and interment will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati.
